Mile’s has been in the industry for over 20 years, slinging cocktails for the industry’s biggest names. On the weekends he likes nothing more than spending time with his daughter and wild swimming!

Emily is the brains of the operation. Planning the vast majority of the events to perfection along with working on all things commercial for the business.

The founder of Rolling Tap, Rich is usually found fixing and maintaining beer lines/stock control at events. Rich likes nothing more than finding a new craft beer or wine to obsess over.

Lauren has been helping us at Rolling Tap since day dot. A cocktail whizz who likes nothing more than spending her time off hiking with her dog or working on her own amazing cocktail/cuisine business.

Scott is our award-winning flair master. Working at TGI’s for 5+ years and training their entire team in the UK, when Scott is on a job, he brings the fire.

James is our cocktail and craft beer specialist, who likes nothing more than working large scale events with us and singing for the entirety of the gig. (And what a voice!)
